Outside, your Aston is parked. Your apartment upstairs is minimal but expensive. Curated. Everything has a purpose. Nothing is there for show.

You’ve got plans for Monaco next week with your family. Deep-sea diving expedition. Something your kids will remember forever. But before you leave, you’ve got tactical training scheduled for Sunday. Always prepared for shit to go down, even on vacation.

The woman waiting at home is a beauty who loves to cook for fun and has zero social media presence. She’s sharp. Private. Loyal. Exactly what you built yourself to deserve.

You speak Russian with your trainer. Spanish with your housekeeper. French at dinner when the situation calls for it. Your shoulders and traps are carved like marble. Your joints are bulletproofed. Your body is a weapon that will last decades.

Your bank accounts compound while you sleep. Multiple streams. Your calendar is yours to pick out of, not some boss. You travel when you want. You train when you want. You live on your terms. Because you designed it this way.

Ask yourself. Is this something you would like to do when you’re 65 as your 401k checks in, and your body is not even half of what is used to be?

No.

This is your 30s and 40s if you build it right. This is available. Right now. In 2026.

Most men watch James Bond and Bruce Wayne on screen and think it’s fiction. But I don’t see it that way. I see it as an inspiration for a blueprint. And the modern world has made it more accessible than ever before.

Here’s what we’re covering:

The Physical Foundation

Your body is the vehicle you drive through life. If it’s broken, slow, weak, or pathetic then absolutely nothing else matters. Bond and Wayne are both physically elite. Not bodybuilders. Not Instagram fitness models. Warriors. Functional. Dangerous.

Here’s the training split based on where you’re at:

Beginners or those new to combat sports: 2 days strength training a week, 3 days combat. You need the fighting reps more than the weight reps right now.

If intermediate or advanced, you can do 3 days strength, 2 combat.

For combat, you need one grappling art. Whether BJJ, wrestling, or judo.
And one striking art. Boxing, kickboxing, or Muay Thai.

Train each at least once a week. But put emphasis on striking. Hit it twice a week if you can. Most real confrontations start standing up.

Find the right gym. This matters more than you think. You want one of two environments:

High-end spots with sophisticated people. No bums. No guys filming themselves. Just competent men who show up, work, and leave. Great for business connections or finding yourself a sophisticated type of girl.

Or low-end, grimy spots where actual monsters train. Where you can breathe danger in the air and absorb testosterone through your pores. The kind of place run by an old-school coach who doesn’t take your shit and makes you earn every bit of progress.

Avoid the middle. Avoid commercial franchises full of New Year’s resolution people who quit by February.

Your physique goal: well-sculpted shoulders, traps, neck, hamstrings, glutes, triceps. Everything else is tight and functional. You’re not trying to be huge as that will do your more harm than good in survival. You’re trying to look dangerous in a t-shirt while remaining lethal.

Bulletproof your joints and tendons. Mobility work. Prehab. Dynamic stretching. This is non-negotiable if you want your body to perform into your 50s and 60s. Most men ignore this until something tears. Don’t be most men.

Diet is simple: Whole foods. Meat. Vegetables. Fruit. Healthy fats. Minimize processed garbage. Your body is a high-performance machine. Stop putting trash fuel in it.

Alcohol? Only for celebrations. And if you’re going to drink, make it worth it. A glass or two of the finest whiskey. Macallan 18, Yamazaki 12, Lagavulin 16. Or wine. Barolo, Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Brunello. Sip it. Enjoy it. Don’t get sloppy. Bond drinks martinis, he doesn’t get drunk.


The Knowledge Stack

Wayne speaks multiple languages. Bond operates seamlessly across cultures. You need to build your knowledge like you build your body. Deliberately. Consistently. Over years.

Pick one language and get serious about it. Not Duolingo for five minutes a day while you’re on the toilet. Actually learn it.

Your options: Spanish (most useful in the Americas), Russian (most dangerous and respected), French (most sophisticated), Mandarin Chinese (most powerful economically), Italian (most romantic and cultural).

Pick based on where you want to operate in life. Where you want to do business. Where you want to own property. Where your family comes from. Make it strategic.

Get conversational in 18 months using apps, AI tutors, and then immersion trips. Get fluent in 3-5 years if you’re consistent. This isn’t hard. You’ll deal with far more difficult things in your life.

Read one book a month minimum. History. Strategy. Psychology. Finance. Biographies of great men. Fictional classic (The Count of Monte Cristo). You’re building a mental model of how the world works. How power operates. How humans think.

Bond knows psychology inside out. For women and men. Wayne is a master strategist. Long term vision is pivotal in this life. But you can’t fake this. You have to put in the hours. Thousands.

But today’s modern advantage? You can learn anything from anyone anywhere. Master classes from world experts. Here on Substack or X. YouTube tutorials on obscure skills. Online courses from top professionals. The information is there. Most men just don’t use it. And even fewer men stick it through to see the work pay off.
